Remembering Our Loved Ones

Visit http://www.findagrave.com/ to "find the graves of ancestors, create virtual memories, add 'virtual flowers' and a note to a loved one's grave."

Thanksgiving is coming up and I have mixed feelings, yet I send blessings to you all and send thanks and blessings to Native Americans for all they do and for who they are. Here is a fascinating article to help folks think about the Native American view of Thanksgiving:

Gratefulness and Thanks

Today's topic on Finding Your Voice with DJ Noni - Gratefulness and Thanks

Inviting thankfulness into our lives is a way to also bring peace, tranquility, and creativity into our lives as well.

There are many ways to integrate gratefulness into our daily living here are a few:

-Make a "What I am grateful for list"
-Send a Thank You note to someone who made a difference in your life (USMail, Email, Facebook, etc.)
-Make a Thank You phone call or text to a friend or family member for something they have done for you.

Reflecting on "What is good and going well" is another way to invited gratefulness into our lives.
Make a written list (or tell someone in person or on the phone):
-3 things that are good and going well in your life.
-1 challenge that you are experiencing.
-What you can do about that challenge.
-Then go out and do it, keeping in mind that you have many things going well at the same time.
