Show #7 - March 12, 2012

This week I started my show with a word of gratefulness to the universe for my ability to exercise and move my body. I do not say this lightly because I would prefer to do absolutely nothing - BUT, when I do get out there, it ends up feeling great – some activities that I enjoy are walking, biking, snowshoeing, and gardening.  Even on the days that I find it hard to get up and get out there to exercise, I am reminded how valuable and important it is to infuse my body with energy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for energy to exercise and move my body!

My wish for you is that no matter where you are or what your capabilities, that you have some way to flex your muscles, energize your body, and get out there and move around. If you need help doing it, make a call – but get out there - and while you are at it, exercise your freedom of speech as well!

And, even though I may not know you personally, I care for your well being, and I care for the well being of all people on the planet, and that is why I am here rooting for all of us to have good physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Life? We can do this thing!!
